Mattie, Tanks and Me at Catigny Park

Mattie, Tanks and Me at Catigny Park

March 17th, 2018 ~ It was a chilly day in March and it was a day that Mattie and I got to spend a day together, something we rarely get to do. One of the stops was at Cantigny Park where they had just re-painted the tanks. Mattie played and I followed behind with the camera.

Rainy Day at Catigny

October 7th, 2017 ~ It was a rainy day at Catigny and we didn’t get to do much out side but we did get a chance to visit the on-site 1st division musuem.

Worldwide Photowalk 2016 – Cantigny Park

October 1st, 2016 ~ (Full Album Here) This was the first year I have actually remembered and got to participate in Scot Kelby’s Worldwide Photowalk. The closest walk to me was Cantigny Park. Unfortunately, mother nature had a different idea about an outdoor walk and about 15 minutes in, she rained on us… for about 2 hours, by which time, the scheduled walk had ended. So there’s not too many photos but something to remember by and to try to do it again next year.

It should also be noted that the first photo in the album, the group photo, was taken by our walk leader Jim Frazier who so graciously allowed me to download a copy from his flickr site.

In addition, the featured image you see above (titled most generically – “Yellow Couch“) is my submission for this photo walk.

As usual, please enjoy the small slideshow below, or preferably, go to the full album here, to see the photos in their entirety.
