Naperville Riverwalk Family Time

Naperville Riverwalk Family Time

March 18th, 2018 ~ We decided to take a drive out to Naperville’s Riverwalk and spend sometime there as a family. It was a nice day, not too cold and we got there in the early evening. It was a nice walk, crossing a couple of bridges over the river. Also managed to snag a few photos here and there.

March 17th, 2018 ~ It was a chilly day in March and it was a day that Mattie and I got to spend a day together, something we rarely get to do. One of the stops was at Cantigny Park where they had just re-painted the tanks. Mattie played and I followed behind with the camera.

Days of the Dead Convention

November 18th, 2017 ~ Our second attendance to this convention that is Tonia’s favorite. This year, we got Sid Haig to autograph the photo that he took with Tonia from last year (2016) and holding it up for another photo. We hope to repeat this in 2018! She also got to meet Dee Snyder and we also got to meet Sean Astin (Lord of the Rings, Stranger Things, Rudy, The Goonies) Did I mention, I got to meet the Borg Queen herself!

Crabtree Nature Center

April 29th, 2017 ~ (Full Album Here)  Another photography meetup outing to try to capture spring wildflowers at the Crabtree Nature Center. Tonia and Mattie went with me but the day was gray, cold and windy as heck. Temperatures was in the mid 40’s much colder with windchill I’m sure. We trekked a good 2 miles or so around the trails and took photos as we went.
